All dogs are individual and all prices need to be tailored to fit the individual dogs needs, so prices will be given after an assessment (which is free).

Please note matted dogs can't just have a bath.

Your dog will always be groomed with their best interests in mind, eg matted coats will be clipped to relieve discomfort, in this instance an additional £15 will be added to the price of the groom. 

 

 

FLEAS

In the case of fleas, you will be contacted and asked to collect. However a flea comb will be used to remove as many fleas as possible.

 

A £15 fee will then be applied as the following appointments may have to be rearranged and a flea bomb will be released in the room which takes 5hrs to be effective. So please ensure you check your dogs for fleas on a regular basis.

LATENESS

I require at least 24hrs notice of cancellations - failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee (50% of the normal groom cost) payable before any further appointments can be made or added onto the next groom cost.    

 

You MUST drop off/pick up at the stated time. Any dogs arriving late may have to be rebooked and a late fee will apply to cover loss of earnings. Uncollected dogs will be charged a sitting fee (£5 per 15 mins) as this may result in the next client having to be postponed or even cancelled! 

 

I will try to give an accurate time for you to collect but I apologise now if I run over.

It's a client's responsibility to ensure their dog is fit and healthy and must notify me of any issues prior to their appointment.

Dogs requiring extensive extra work will incur an extra charge, if this is the case I will notify you prior to collection.
